Wayne Corporation was founded in 1981 by James S. Wayne, MSW, BCD, to provide high quality mental health services in community settings, not just in the isolation of the private office. Wayne Corporation has established Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in many organizations, providing consultation to businesses, industries, hospitals and schools. A variety of educational programs are designed and administered by the firm.

The Employee Assistance Programs of Wayne Corporation address the poor performance of employees with personal problems. All counselors are fully trained and licensed for independent practice as mental health specialists in either clinical social work of clinical psychology. Wayne Corporation maintains a strong commitment to diversification and continuing education of its staff.
